Reef Subsea is newly formed international group providing specialist subsea services to the Oil & Gas and Renewables industries. February 2010, GC Rieber Shipping and Hitec Vision Private Equity entered into a joint venture resulting in the Company, Reef Subsea AS. GC Rieber Shipping transferred its investments in Technocean AS (including its subsidiary Scan Mudring AS) and Bluestone Offshore Pte Limited to the newly formed venture.
